As all items from the collection are made to order, standard UK delivery is 3-4 weeks. However, shorter delivery times can sometimes be arranged (please e-mail me at email@example.com). European and Worldwide delivery times will be agreed on order. A delivery date for commissions will be agreed on order.
All UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and added to the price of the item. Deliveries will require a signature upon arrival. For orders outside the UK, all transportation, postage, packaging and insurance costs will be met by the buyer.
For commissions, a design fee (10% of the agreed price) is to be paid prior to any work taking place. Once the commission has been signed off for development and production, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance will be taken. The balance (remaining 50%) is payable upon completion. Commissioned items will be delivered once the payment has cleared.
For orders within the UK, PayPal, cash and cheque are accepted forms of payment. All international payments must be made in £ Sterling via PayPal.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If when you receive your item you’re not completely happy you can return it for a refund or exchange. Returns can be made on all unused items (excluding commissions) by Royal Mail Special Delivery, within 14 days of receipt, stating whether a refund or exchange is required. Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after 14 days.
If the item is faulty, refunds will cover the cost of the item, including original postage and packaging costs, plus postage and packaging costs incurred by you when returning the item by the Special Delivery service.
I will let you know when I have received the item and you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your refund or exchange.
When returning items, please ensure original gift packaging is included, and that items are suitably protected.
In most cases repairs to items will be made free of charge for up to six months from date of purchase, after which time a charge may apply.
To get enjoyment out of your COLLASTRO piece for many years to come, follow these simple tips for caring for your item.
Store leather items away from direct sunlight to prevent the colour fading. But leather is a natural material so you may find that the surface shows some minor variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfection.
Do not overfill leather bags and cases as they may lose their shape over time.
Smooth and grained leathers can be maintained and nourished with a little leather conditioner or clear wax leather polish from time to time.
Suede should be brushed with a soft brush to remove dust particles and dirt. Also, try to avoid putting suede items in contact with grease as this will cause permanent damage.
Fur items are prone to some moulting, which is perfectly normal and unavoidable with a natural product. Any continuous friction may also cause the fur to wear away.
Should your item become wet, blot it with a soft, absorbent cloth and leave to dry naturally, in a cool dark place. Please be aware that heat drying or over stretching may damage the piece. When the leather is dry apply a neutral leather cream to restore it back to its original condition (with the exception of furry items).
